The Edge is the result of the Tender Puentes initiative, a creative project inspired by the collection of the Museo Universidad de Navarra and initiated in 2017. It will be on view at the museum from April 7th until September 25th 2022.
In The Edge, the artist Álvaro Laiz embarks on an exciting journey from the Bering Strait to the south of Chile, a long journey through time and genetics, through the evolution of man and his relationship with the environment in which he lives. The mark he leaves on the Earth, on people, on cultures.
Nature, traditional culture and technology converge in the artist's research work.
