GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (RGPD)
Information of general interest
This document has been designed for the processing of low-risk personal data from which it follows that it may not be used for the processing of personal data including personal data relating to ethnic or racial origin, political, religious or philosophical ideology, trade union membership, genetic and biometric data, health data and data on the sexual orientation of individuals, as well as any other processing of data involving a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
Article 5.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) determines the need to establish adequate security safeguards against unauthorised or unlawful processing, loss of personal data, destruction or accidental damage. This implies the establishment of technical and organisational measures aimed at ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of personal data and the possibility (article (5.2) of demonstrating that these measures have been put into practice (proactive liability).
I also request your authorization to offer products and services related to those requested and loyalty as a customer.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
When filling in a contact form, we ask for your name, e-mail address and telephone number, in order to be able to contact you in order to respond to your query or queries.
All data collected on our forms are provided by you voluntarily if you wish these services to be provided. By default the simple fact of browsing our website does not collect any personal data about you.
We do not collect or allow comments within our website.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly the same as if the visitor had visited the other website.
We do not track statistics with Google Analytics, nor with any other external statistics tracking provider, so we do not share your personal data with third parties.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
On behalf of the company, we treat the information you provide us with a view to providing you with the service you have requested, and carrying out the invoicing thereof. The data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained or for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Freijo Fine Art, S.L (Galeria Freijo) is processing your personal data, therefore you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data are no longer necessary.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA?
You can request that we delete any personal data we have about you. This does not include any data we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

- Limitation of processing: In certain circumstances the data subject may request the limitation of the processing of his data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
- Opposition: In certain circumstances, the data subject may object to the processing of his/her data. In that case Freijo Fine Art, S.L (Galeria Freijo) will stop processing your data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
Data Portability: Only applicable to automated data and consists of passing the data from Freijo Fine Art, S.L (Galeria Freijo) to another new TREATMENT RESPONSIBLE (not to the interested party and by request of the same).
