1968: The Fire of Ideas

Marcelo Brodsky

from November 16, 2021 to January 8, 2022

On Saturday, November 6th, the opening of Marcelo Brodsky's solo exhibition, entitled 1968: The Fire of Ideas, will take place.

The project takes as its starting point issues such as historical memory and the problematic of the archive. Brodsky recovers photographs of social mobilisations from the 1960s, which he then intervenes through painting and writing. With the exhibition The Fire of Ideas, Brodsky aims to bring the great social storm of that decade closer and more tangible to a wider public.
