Natalia Cacchiarelli

Argentina, 1971.

Natalia Cacchiarelli's works are framed within geometric abstraction. Throughout her career she has grown in technical rigour and conceptual synthesis.

Her training with Pablo Siquier and other great Argentinean painters such as Tulio de Sagastizabal, Juan Doffo and Adolfo Nigro, with whom she held workshops in the nineties, was a great influence.  This decade was also dedicated to experimentation with his contemporaries in the Ø (Cero Barrado) collective.

Her institutional career includes the exhibitions Hebras at MAC Bahía Blanca, 22 + 6 + 8 (2005), Finito (2011) and Simulacro (2014) at Centro Cultural Recoleta, Buenos Aires, Argentina and Solo Rayas at Caja de Extremadura in Cáceres, Spain.

In May 2024 the artist will have her first solo exhibition at the Freijo Gallery.
